The MVP Program celebrates the marketers’ sales reps who put in the work all year long. This year’s top performers officially earned their spot on the 2026 MVP Sales Council and a getaway to Secrets^® Cap Cana Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic.

From January 28–February 1, council members will trade winter weather for crystal-blue water, white-sand beaches, and an all-inclusive experience that’s hard to beat. It’s a chance to relax, recharge, and spend time with fellow top performers who understand the challenges and opportunities in the field.

Beyond the trip, Council members will have an opportunity to share real-world insights, compare notes on what’s working in their markets, and help shape future programs.
