The Industrial Lubrication Course, held November 4–7 at the Phillips 66 Research Center in Bartlesville, brought together attendees looking to sharpen their skills with practical, real-world training. In addition to hands-on work with equipment and diagnostics, the group had rare access to the technical staff who support our products every day.
Throughout the week, participants:
- Gained solid, real-world technical knowledge across key product categories
- Built confidence in explaining and recommending Phillips 66 solutions
- Spent time with our scientists, engineers, and lab technicians for demos and technical discussions
- Toured the CP Chem plastics research facility to see specialized equipment and learn about its lubrication needs
- Connected with peers, engineers, and industry pros across the Phillips 66 network
Thanks to everyone who joined us and made this year’s session a success.
