With the Business Development Allowance (BDA) Growth Accelerator program, you can earn rewards for sales volume growth. The payouts this year range from $0.50 to $1.00 per gallon – 3x more than the previous program rates.
The program applies to all Phillips 66 Lubricants brands (select Phillips 66, Kendall, and Red Line products) and is based on net 2023 purchases.
How It Works
Earn rewards for increasing incremental volume above your established base volume. Your base volume is the greater of your net qualified gallons from the previous two years. Once your purchases exceed 103% of your established base volume, you will start earning rewards on all growth gallons.
