With the MVP Incentive Program, you can earn incentive payouts for every Phillips 66, Kendall^® and Red Line^®-branded qualified lubricant product sale you make to new lubricant customer accounts.

And it’s possible to earn even more this year! The maximum payout for 2023 has been increased to $30,000 – a 50% increase in the maximum payout per individual.

How It Works

• The MVP Incentive Program is open to all Marketer’s Sales Representatives and Marketer’s Sales Managers in the U.S. and Canada. To participate, enroll online via Lubestream and register for a VISA cash card.
• The payouts are based on sales to new lubricant customer accounts. When you make sales to new accounts, you can enter the claims into Lubestream for review and approval.
• Payout rates are subject to change and vary by product. You can find the most up-to-date product list by going to Lubestream > Programs > MVP Incentive Program > Product List. Payments are issued via cash card approximately 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
