ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MVP INCENTIVE PROGRAM

The MVP Incentive Program is a value-added sales incentive program aimed at Marketer Sales Representatives and their Sales Managers based in the U.S. and Canada. It is designed to provide incentives to Marketers’ Sales Representatives for selling qualified lubricant product(s) under the Phillips 66, Kendall, and Red Line® brands to new lubricant customer accounts. In 2023, the maximum payout has been increased to $30,000 per individual, which reflects a 50% increase.

How It Works:The MVP Incentive Program is open to all Marketer Sales Representatives and Sales Managers in the U.S. and Canada. To participate, simply enroll online through Lubestream and register for a VISA cash card. Once enrolled, you can enter the sales made to new lubricant customer accounts into Lubestream for review and approval.

Payout rates are subject to change and may vary based on the product. You can find the most up-to-date product list by visiting Lubestream > Programs > MVP Incentive Program > Product List. Payments are issued via a cash card approximately 30 days after the end of each calendar month.

Payment Structure:

  • Marketer Sales Representatives are paid based on the following rates for qualified products sold, which may range from $0.10 to $1.00. Please refer to Lubestream for the most up-to-date rate table.
  • Marketer Sales Managers receive $0.05 per gallon for every qualified product sold, subject to monthly minimums per Sales Representative.
  • Non-Paid Marketer Principals have the authority to approve claims but do not receive payment based on the volume of sales.

Please note that payout rates are subject to change. In the event of rate adjustments during the program year, the updated rates will be posted on Lubestream > Programs > MVP Incentive Program > Product List.

The MVP Sales council is determined based by performance in the MVP Incentive Program, with the top 25 Sales Representatives receiving an invitation to join. The MVP Sales Council is an advisory panel composed of Marketer’s sales representatives whose function is to provide input, counsel and strategic guidance on a variety of marketing ideas and initiatives.
