NEW CHANGES TO THE MARKETER OPERATIONS STANDARD AUDIT PROCESS

Upon assessment of the Phillips 66 Marketer Operations Standard Audit Process, we’re excited to introduce changes to help streamline and simplify the audit process. The Phillips 66 Marketer audit process is designed to help validate compliance and assist marketers in development and sustainment of robust operations and product handling.

In 2022, marketer audits began being conducted by a third-party firm, Sullivan & Associates. Sullivan & Associates will continue to conduct marketer audits for the foreseeable future. When your site audit is due, Sullivan & Associates will contact you directly to schedule the audit.

To further support the audit process, Phillips 66 has launched Marketforce, a marketer audit portal. Beginning in September 2023, Sullivan & Associates will complete all new audits using Marketforce and the Phillips 66 prescribed audit requirements. Additionally, audits already conducted in 2022 and 2023 will be entered in the portal and any associated findings will require marketer processing.

Marketforce is a simple, easy-to-use portal to help streamline the audit process. Once audit is complete, the Marketer and Phillips 66 Sales Account Manager will receive a welcome email with the Marketforce portal link, login information and instructions. Marketers will need to log into the portal to access audit report and findings, take appropriate action and submit evidence of corrective action taken (i.e., provide written explanation of action taken, attach photos, update procedures, training records, etc.) for review and approval. Marketers should work to complete and submit finding corrective action within 90 days. Marketforce will automatically send reminders and escalate findings if unresolved after 180 and 270 days, while providing dashboards and metrics to monitor any findings not addressed robustly and/or timely. Instructions on navigating the portal and submitting evidence required to close findings is linked in the Marketforce portal.

Emails will be sent from doNotReply@MarketForce.com
and noreply@marketforce.com. To avoid any email receiving issues, please whitelist the @marketforce.com domain.

As a reminder, Phillips 66 requirements fall into two categories: Mandatory – must comply with 100% and Best Practice; and 70% compliance required to achieve and maintain Top Tier status. Marketers not seeking Top Tier status should target compliance with one or two best practices per year in support of continuous improvement. For additional information on requirements please reference the Phillips 66 Marketer Operations Standard for complete details and requirements.

Thank you for your continued support of Phillips 66 Lubricants.
