Effective December 13, 2023, Phillips 66 Lubricants will be rebalancing the extended lead time packaged product list at each plant. Packaged products selected for this status will require an estimated 15-workday lead time. Packaged products currently designated as extended lead time have also been reviewed, and several will return to standard lead time.
