The Phillips 66^® Lubricants Lubestream Attestation Program is an added security measure designed to protect the company residing on Lubestream. This is to ensure any competitive information about Phillips 66 Lubricants available via Lubestream is kept confidential among individuals currently doing business with the company.

Now that the program has started, we ask all enrollers to validate and manage Lubestream user IDs for their companies. Verification that all information is correct must be completed by Tuesday, December 10, 2024, no later than midnight CDT to avoid being locked out of Lubestream. 

Without completion of the attestation, all users from the unverified company will be prevented from logging in to Lubestream and prevented from:

• Entering orders, buybacks and supplementals through Lubestream 
• Viewing orders, invoices and prices 
• Accessing programs such as Business Development Allowance, MVP, etc.
