From January 30th to February 3rd, the top 25 sales representatives were invited to join the 2025 MVP Sales Council in Punta Mita, Mexico. Their selection for the 2025 Sales Council celebrates their high performance in the MVP Incentive Program, which recognizes U.S.- and Canadian-based sales representatives and managers.
Throughout the trip, the sales representatives provided input, counsel and strategic guidance on a variety of marketing issues and initiatives for 2025. During the trip Phillips 66 was able to gather invaluable insights and feedback to support future growth and success. Apart from the informative council sessions, the sales representatives were also treated to activities such as a catamaran tour, ATV driving, zip-lining and massages.
