Keeping your organization’s contact information current helps ensure important Phillips 66^® Lubricants communications reach the right people. Take a few minutes to review and update the MADB profile for each user within your organization.

To get started, log in to Lubestream and navigate to My Lubestream > MADB – Communications Profile.

Then:

• Complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
• Select the email subscriptions relevant to each user’s role.
• Ensure at least one person in your organization is subscribed to pricing notifications.
• Subscribe appropriate users to Direct Connect for updates on product launches, product information, branded marketing promotions and more.
• Remove users who should no longer receive communications.
• Click Submit to save each updated profile.

Each user’s profile must be reviewed and updated individually. Keeping these profiles accurate will help your organization stay informed and avoid missing important updates.
